Found these on a chan, and I think the photographers are Laurent Corteaut?   Very hard to find more, if anyone has leads please post.

Thanks although I found these and already his site on wayback machine which went down sometime last year. Lc-photographies.com

The site is down now.  I have found the original photographer under many names but I don't want to do anyone. Shame didn't get any full sets.  Hope more pop up someday.
