Ha, I thought it was fairly obvious that the OP was a boy, the head or the neck is also a bit too big for the body.
I thought it might be a Newstar boy and looked through the chan Topics, but then found the one with the necklace in this Forum.
Lapua's lead on the dress made the second part easy.
