Bit of background - PhLegs was a small hosiery-based model site, from Russia. It was only online for about 2 years. It shut down recently because the owner said that he couldn't afford to keep it running..due to no outside revenue coming in.
There were only about 20 sets released on the site. He started releasing one set a week..then one set a month..then the inevitable!
Shame because the models are/were stunning.
So..to the sets!
