I recognize the top right, but can't place her name.
The bottom middle is the original NewStar Lola. She was also Dajana from Super Models 7-17 and maybe others?

I don't think so.  I have 49 sets (including the Carla sets) and I don't see any set with that outfit.  Also, there doesn't seem to be any set in which her hair is that long.  That picture is not the best view of the girl's face, so I may be wrong and there are other sets of Sandy that I am not aware of.

qnlper, can you point to a Sandy set with that outfit?

The second picture is Riina Miura allright, as gest6555 said.
It belongs to otomo set 1444, however it has been cropped and renamed. Here is the original :

I have around 50 postable sets of her and a couple of DVD's, if you are interested.

The last picture looks like a modified scan of a photobook, but it's not Riina. The name escapes me atm  roll

Might it be Koharu Mamiya? I don't have the scans but noted some similarities between the image above and chapter 10 of SCDV-10167.

Excellent recognition, Olog_hai, spot on smile. There is a photobook of Koharu Mamiya going along with the DVD you mention, and the image was taken from there, but cropped, flipped and whatever people do to images. Here is the original scan :
