HelgeS is correct it is magazine fashion
Name of her,Fiona,at least what an extremely small preview is named,same as OP's but 110 x 175 pxls.

Had some magazine fashion issues some time ago,but unfortunately not any of those are left.

I'm not sure of her name either.  I think I have seen Fiona and Olenka.  She makes appearances in Magazine Fashion Issues 3, 44, and Super.
